what I think is a two foot gauge waggon, but on a central "bogie"? - perhaps this is a mining tub?

Welcome
These collections are largely a photographic record of the wide range of projects undertaken by Stanegate Restorations and Replicas of Haltwhistle, who offer superior craftmanship for the heritage sector, mainly concentrating on timber items, large and small.

However you got here, whether it was by a direct link from our main website or by any other method,
You Are Most Welcome!

Please, look around, click on a few thumbnails! as that lets us know what you find interesting. If you like what you see, tell your friends, perhaps we can do something for you!!

You can leave a me a message, or make a comment, and register for notifications of the updates to this gallery.
As there are over 300 images, I have added a search facility. (See the lower boxes on the left hand side)

I have decided to display the communities list on the right hand side of the page. Personally, I have been associated with the FfRly both as a member of staff, and as a volunteer for over 25 years, and Stanegate Restorations has worked for the FfR, WHR and WHHR in the last three years.

Please Note, our main Website has recently been updated, and several significant changes have been made. It now has a new URL.

The collections for past projects are almost complete, and nearly all the images have been edited into a suitable order. (Only a few additional images remain outstanding, and most of these are due to be added when the project enters service.)

The collections for current contracts will be updated as suitable images of progress are obtained, so please check back to watch developments.
